1. Products Or Services Provided

• Users are free to purchase as many squares as they chose, with no restrictions.
• Along with your image on the homepage you will be given a profile page where you can upload a description of you or your company and can link social media pages.
• You must have the legal right to use all images and links you provide for your advertisement and profile page on our site.
• Images must be in GIF, PNG or JPEG format. We cannot process animated images.
• No obscene/offensive/adult/illegal images/links/descriptions will be accepted. We decide what is appropriate for our site. If your submission is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative image or link. If you cannot provide an alternative within 1 week, your money will not be refunded and you will lose your squares advertisement. (See Refunds and Complaints)
• Any illegal material submitted will be passed onto the relevant authorities along with your information.
• You may request your image to be removed at any time. We will work to remove your image as quickly as possible but you will not be refunded and your space will become available for public purchase again. (See Refunds and Complaints)
• You are purchasing advertising space in the form of squares on the homepage. Each square is made up of 100 pixels formed in a 10x10 block.

• Although we plan to keep this page live forever. We reserve the right to deactivate this page after two years.

2. Prices And Payment

• The minimum purchase price is $100 USD (One square in zone 5)
• Prices do not include your local charges e.g sales tax or VAT.
• Before confirming your purchase, you will be given the opportunity to preview your order so that you can see what it will look like. You can fine tune your order as many times as you like before your order is confirmed.
• You are not allowed to change your order after you have confirmed it.
• After successful payment has been received your spot will be reserved while we review and verify your link, description and images. This process may take up to 48 hours. We will email you if anything you have submitted is rejected.
• Once everything has been verified by our team your advertising space and profile page will go live.

3. Privacy Policy

• Registration data and other personally identifiable information that we may collect is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

4. Refunds And Complaints

Refunds Policy

• We do not offer refunds to any individual or company that violates any of our terms of service outlined in section 1.
• If any image or link must be removed due to legal obligations you will not be refunded and the space will become publicly available again.
• After your images and links are accepted, any changes later made by you that change the links direction to show offensive/obscene/adult/illegal material, will result in your advertisement being removed and the squares will become publicly available again. You will not receive a refund.
• While we never wish to intentionally remove or change any advertisement on our site under normal circumstances, we reserve the right to do so at our discretion under exceptional circumstances. For example, due to public outcry. When a removal happens you will not be refunded and your space will become publicly available for purchase.
• While your image and links are awaiting review to be put on the page you may request a refund. We will process your refund within 14 days. However, once your image and links have been successfully accepted and put onto the page you may no longer request a refund.
• Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

Complaints Procedure

• We hope that the service we provide satisfies all of your needs. However, if you would like to submit a complaint please email us at and we will respond as soon as possible.
• Any downtime to our site for processes such as maintenance or server upgrades will be kept to a minimum. You will be notified of any extended site downtime.

5. Secondary Market

• If you have purchased squares and would like to sell them, see our secondary market
• We do not take any fees from the buyer.
• From the seller we take a 25% square transfer fee. This transfer fee is not 25% of the sale price, but 25% of the original value of the squares when they were first purchased on the homepage.
• While you can advertise your squares for sale on third party sites, all square transfers can only be completed by us.
• Passing your account to a different user without our express permission or without paying the transfer fee is a violation of our terms and conditions and may result in the loss of your account with no refund.

6. Limitation Of Liability

• You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible loss (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from or arising of (I) the use of or the inability to use the service, (II) the cost to obtain substitute goods and/or services resulting from any transaction entered into on through the service, (III) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data transmissions, (IV) statements or conduct of any third party on the service, or (V) any other matter relating to the service.
• In some jurisdictions, it is not permitted to limit liability and therefore such limitations may not apply to you.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• We reserve all of our rights, including but not limited to any and all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights that we may have in our web site, its content, and the goods and services that may be provided. The use of our rights and property requires our prior written consent. We are not providing you with any implied or express licenses or rights by making services available to you and you will have no rights to make any commercial use of our web site or service without our prior written consent.

• Please note, when you purchase advertisement space on our site, you do not own any part of this homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image, links to your site and social media and provide a description which will then be published on the main page in the respective space you have paid for.
• We reserve the right to give away squares for promotional purposes to whomever we choose at any time.
• We reserve the right to exchange space on our page for products or services that we deem to be of similar value from individuals or companies that we judge will be of benefit to the homepage and its users or is otherwise commercially beneficial.
